Cancellation Policy

If you need to modify, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, kindly give a minimum of 24 hours notice. As a courtesy, we will send a reminder via text message two days before your scheduled appointment, followed by a confirmation call on the day before.

Late Policy

At Inspire Uptown Salon, we are excited to provide exceptional services to our guests. To optimize your experience, it's crucial to arrive on time to your appointment. Guests arriving within 20 minutes late may need to adjust their appointment based on the stylist's schedule. Those arriving more than 20 minutes late may be required to reschedule, at the stylist's discretion. If any of our staff members are running late, we will promptly notify you, as your time is just as important as ours.

No Call/No Show Policy

In the event of a no-call/no-show, if you intend to schedule a future appointment, a non-refundable deposit will be required. This deposit will be credited towards your final balance at checkout. However, in the case of a repeated no-call/no-show, you forfeit your deposit and future bookings will be at the discretion of the stylist.

Adjustments

At Inspire Uptown Salon, we take pride in the hair we create, ensuring our clients leave with hair they adore. Should you require any adjustments to your service, kindly notify us within 10 days. Please note that adjustments do not encompass a complete change of the desired outcome. We are happy to accommodate reasonable adjustments within the specified time frame; however, we do not facilitate refunds.

Product Returns

Customers are granted a 14-day window to return or exchange any products bought at the salon if they are in their original, unused condition. No exceptions will be made.
